Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Engineering or related field Preferred
Experience: Candidates should have Industrial Engineering experience – Preferred
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have availability to work flexible shift hours, including weekends and travel – Preferred
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have an understanding of operational barriers and failures and should identify/improve designs, methods, processes, and flows through collaboration
- The candidates should be technical-minded with the ability to resolve issues related to information systems reporting, report generation and storage, customized reports, and data integration, and should be able to write complex queries and create databases as needed
- The candidates should have experience using advanced Access and Excel functionalities, such as Pivot tables, Power Queries, database creation/maintenance, etc. – Preferred
- The candidates should possess a valid Driver’s License – Required
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide support to numerous groups within the IE function, assisting in conducting data gathering and analysis to support work measurement and operational planning activities of the IE Supervisors
- The candidates should be able to compile data, develop reports, conduct periodic audits, and produce forecasts
- The candidates should be able to participate in time study and operational improvement activities
- The candidates should be able to gather and analyze data necessary to develop work measurement
- The candidates should be able to maintain data within operating plans to highlight conditions and areas for potential change
- The candidates should be able to verify the proper application of work measurement to ensure accuracy
- The candidates should be able to conduct audits to identify areas and processes not in compliance with standards
- The candidates should be able to discuss and record non-compliant exceptions and develop action plans, obtaining management corrective action commitments
- The candidates should be able to assess the impact of long and short-range forecasts on operating plans
- The candidates should be able to respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests, utilizing various programs to compile statistical reports
- The candidates should be able to maintain forecasts, operating plans, and tracking spreadsheets for future reference
- The candidates should be able to develop annual staffing projections based on trends
