Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have minimum of College Degree/Certificate; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience: Candidates should have minimum 3+ years experience creating, executing, optimizing and analyzing paid search campaigns across platforms (Google Search Ads, Amazon, Retailer Search, etc)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience leveraging data to provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance
  • The candidates should have proven knowledge of paid search and paid search setup that has driven business results for clients
  • The candidates should have 3-5 years of paid search experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • The candidates should have a strong analytics background, being able to triangulate between data, brand goals, and opportunities to make recommendations and optimize plans
  • The candidates should have an understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • The candidates should be collaborative and comfortable working as part of a team and on individual projects.
  • The candidates should display outstanding ability to think creatively and identify and resolve problems
  • The candidates should possess excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
  • The candidates should be self-assured and composed to drive influence with more senior individuals across the business
  • The candidates should be self-starters with an innate curiosity and the drive to test, learn, adapt, and be agile in a constantly evolving environment
  • The candidates should possess extreme agility managing multiple stakeholders and multiple priorities, balancing short- and long-term needs and implications

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to be responsible for searching across the category brand portfolio, including end-to-end strategy development, setup in platform, and optimization
  • The candidates should be able to monitor campaign pacing and performance in line with Brand goals and objectives, making ongoing campaign optimization recommendations
  • The candidates should be able to measure the impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • The candidates should be able to present campaign recaps and insights to the team
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with the broader media team to build capability and/or make strategic shift recommendations within platforms
  • The candidates should be able to lead learning agendas across several brands, inclusive of measuring, optimizing, and disseminating findings to the broader organization
  • The candidates should be able to work successfully across in-house team and key media and creative agency teams for full integration of media and communications plans
