Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have 1 year of experience applying technologies and processes to mitigate risks business, regulatory using established frameworks such as Privacy By Design

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have at least 1 year of experience driving decisions that maintain the privacy posture of an organization by analyzing and assessing proposed solutions product features, infrastructure systems), and influencing stakeholders
  • The candidates should have experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, or a similar field
  • The candidates should have knowledge of common regulatory frameworks GDPR and CCPA
  • The candidates should have knowledge of the Ads or online e-commerce domain and experience in the software development lifecycle
  • The candidates should have an understanding of technical privacy issues cookie management and encryption
  • The candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to help guide developing teams during product development to ensure that their data collection and usage practices are transparent, protect user privacy, and mitigate risk
  • The candidates should be able to work with cross-functional teams within Google on privacy-related activities, including privacy, security, data protection, and data retention
  • The candidates should be able to respond to privacy incidents, if they occur, including collecting information on scope and root cause, and managing remediation
  • The candidates should be able to conduct technical and policy reviews to identify and escalate potential privacy concerns
  • The candidates should be able to lead and manage the proactive development of new privacy features and tools in the machine learning space
