Salary: $75,000 annually for 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 5845 Leslie St North York, ON M2H 1J8
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Supermarket/grocery store
Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail
Security and safety: Bondable and basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and able to handle heavy loads
- The candidates should possess attention to detail and be able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be adaptable in their approach, demonstrating efficiency and maintaining a positive attitude
- The candidates should be energetic, hardworking, and possess effective time management skills
- The candidates should have excellent written communication skills, exhibit flexibility, and exercise good judgment
- The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask as team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff, assign duties, study market research, and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- The candidates should be able to implement price and credit policies, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
