Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Four (4) year Degree or equivalent in Social Science, Psychology, Education, Business, Sciences, Data Analysis, or related fields
Experience: Candidates should have Minimum of five (5) years experience working on multiple, complex activities concurrently

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in communicating and interpreting policies
  • The candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in strong organization and planning skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of experience in excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • The candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in strong analytical skills and sound judgment
  • The candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in post-secondary education
  • The candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in knowledge of post-secondary programs
  • The candidates should exhibit a minimum of 5 years of experience in superior oral and written communication skills
  • The candidates should be proficient with MS Office and MS Teams, Internet, and email, and comfortable using spreadsheets and database software, with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • The candidates should have experience organizing and overseeing/coordinating the work of others, which is an asset
  • The candidates should possess knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices, which is an asset
  • The candidates should have experience with curriculum review and curriculum development in an outcomes-based environment is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to support program renewal processes, including leading Academic Administrators and Faculty through the Program Quality Review (PQR) process – a comprehensive, evidence-based review project completed cyclically for all programs, in accordance with College and Ministry policy
  • The candidates should be able to set up, monitor, and report on the review process, supporting many reviews simultaneously, including schedule/milestone management and stakeholder/communications management, and aspects of risk management
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with all stakeholders supporting Program Quality Reviews, including guiding Faculty Team Leads through the process, supporting and providing feedback on their analysis, explaining and interpreting College policies and procedures, sharing quality improvement best practices, and assisting with the development of evidence-based quality improvement action items
  • The candidates should be able to work with Academic Administrators, keeping them informed of the review’s progress, ensuring their review activities are completed, and seeking their support on issues as needed, and facilitating group discussions to elicit program information and encourage collaboration
  • The candidates should be able to perform administrative tasks for Program Quality Reviews, such as collecting program data and information, preparing and distributing surveys, formatting and editing Program Quality Review reports, and planning, scheduling, and facilitating meetings
  • The candidates should be able to provide support for other program quality and renewal activities, such as degree consent renewals and College Quality Assurance Audit process (CQAAP)
  • The candidates should be able to lead many projects concurrently and manage expectations and stakeholder interests that span several areas of the College, effectively balancing the need to reinforce quality assurance principles and policies with the desire to support continuous program quality improvement
