Salary: $22.00 hourly for 30 to 35 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
- The candidates should be able to be capable of emptying trash cans and other waste containers, washing windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. They should also contact tradespersons for major repairs, advertise vacancies, and contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
- The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances, safety and security checks, and move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies. They should handle other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and fixtures, and cleaning snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
