Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 annually (to be negotiated) 40 hours per week

Work setting: Real estate, Real estate company, Private company, corporation or industry

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, Business management software
Security and safety: Criminal record check, Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be accurate, organized, reliable
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to compile records of deposit, loan and mortgage payments, prepare real estate rentals, sales and listings data
  • The candidates should be able to store, update and retrieve financial data
  • The candidates should be able to provide clients with information, sort, verify and process financial transactions
  • The candidates should be able to verify and balance transactions
  • The candidates should be able to use real estate software packages
