Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic scheduler, Electronic mail, MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word.
Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:

- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments promptly and accurately, maintain work records and logs systematically to track activities and progress
- The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting, and distribute mail efficiently, answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and courteously
- The candidates should be able to calculate billing charges accurately and in accordance with relevant guidelines and policies
