Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a Certified Training Professional (CTP) certification
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of five years of adult training experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should possess well-developed classroom delivery and facilitation skills, an understanding and application of adult learning principles
- The candidates should be skilled in coaching and providing post-training support and the flexibility to adapt to different learners and situations
- The candidates should be available to work on-site at the designated Centre, commit to a 60-hour biweekly schedule, working Monday to Friday during daytime hours
- The candidates should be flexible with the possibility of full-time hours and travel for the first 6-8 weeks for training
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have current registration or be eligible for registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- The candidates should be an ISTP trainer or hold an equivalent qualification, additional specific designations, licensure, or qualifications
- The candidates should have experience in a biologics, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or health-related environment, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The candidates should have excellent customer service skills, excellent organizational and time management skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- The candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of working in a highly regulated environment
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate training requirements to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- The candidates should be able to conduct periodic reviews of training status, GMP issues, and non-conformance reports, recommending appropriate actions to the Resource Manager, Supply Chain
- The candidates should be able to assist with the implementation of new projects and processes to enhance operational effectiveness
- The candidates should be able to periodically perform procedures to maintain technical competency and efficiency in training requirements
- The candidates should be able to perform work in accordance with the provisions of the Canadian Blood Services’ Corporate Health and Safety Policies and Procedures
