Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English and French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess experience in office automation, preferably in sales or administration roles
- The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in office automation through relevant work experience
- The candidates should master both French and English, both orally and in writing, to effectively communicate with unilingual English-speaking customers, suppliers, and collaborate with factories in the United States and Ontario
- The candidates should be recognized for their meticulousness and speed in task execution
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to handle multiple files simultaneously
- The candidates should be known for their rigorous follow-up practices and their ability to devise successful solutions
- The candidates should exhibit a customer oriented approach
- The candidates should conduct themselves with maturity and professionalism
- The candidates should possess proficiency in IT tools such as the Office Suite and SAP, which are highly desirable

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare the sending of samples to our customers, averaging 25 shipments per week, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- The candidates should be able to manage an inventory of current products at IRD (our facility) to facilitate efficient shipping operations, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand
- The candidates should be able to organize priorities effectively to meet tight deadlines for customer requests, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the transportation and customs clearance of samples, including estimating shipping costs and determining pricing for products sent (including the determination of HS codes)
- The candidates should be able to be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of major shipments, particularly for trade shows, and ensuring that all deadlines are respected and stakeholders are coordinated effectively
- The candidates should be able to be proficient in using international customers’ shipping accounts (FedEx, DHL, and TNT), mastering their procedures, which may vary, to ensure efficient and accurate shipments
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the shipment of certain samples from our factories located in the United States, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to shipping regulations
- The candidates should be able to monitor the smooth running of deliveries, proactively managing any delays caused by factors such as weather conditions or poor delivery services
- The candidates should be able to be responsible for inventorying and replenishing generic packaging used to prepare shipments, ensuring an adequate supply to meet shipping demands
- The candidates should be able to provide support to the team on various development files, contributing to the achievement of team goals and objectives
