Salary: $31.28 hourly for 40 hours per week (Minimum wage is guaranteed)
Employment Type: Full time
Location: 10538 115 St NW, Edmonton, AB, T5H 3K6
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, On Call and Flexible Hours
Work setting: Property management companies, various locations and apartment/condominium complex
Security and safety: Criminal record should checked

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Office and MS Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to Work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines and also pay attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client and also in an organized way
  • The candidate should be dependable and also a team player
  • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and also excellent oral and written communication
  • The candidate should have specialization in apartments
  • The candidate should be able to supervise 3-4 people

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner and also ensure terms of lease agreements are met
  • The candidate should be able to co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation, compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants, schedule and confirm appointments and also receive payments
  • The candidate should be able to answer clients’ inquiries and provide information and also show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
