It organize and manage blood collection drives, ensuring a reliable supply of blood products for patients. The team engages with communities and partners to promote donation events and maintain a steady donor base. It function as a key link between donors and healthcare needs, driving public awareness and ensuring the efficient operation of blood collection and distribution in the region. The candidates selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of ISTP certification
Experience: Candidates should have 2 to 4 years considerable experience in the relevant field

Other Requirements:

  • he candidates should have previous experience in an adult teaching/educator or training role and prior experience working in a regulated environment
  • The candidates should have of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • The candidates should have knowledge of all Donor Centre programs, including whole blood, autologous or directed, and apheresis
  • The candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and technical skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be able to utilize their expertise in operating procedures and regulatory requirements to coordinate training by identifying staff training
  • The candidate should be able to leverage their excellent coaching skills to deliver related content and facilitate training classrooms
  • The candidate should be able to draw on their knowledge or experience of all Donor Centre programs to contribute to the development and modification of the national training program, including the development of training standards and documentation
  • The candidate should be able to utilize superior interpersonal and communication skills to assist with the implementation of new projects and processes
  • The candidate should be able to apply a continuous improvement mindset and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice by identifying and periodically performing procedures to maintain competency and efficiency in training requirements
