Shift:  Evening, Day, Morning, Weekend.


Language: English
Education: The candidate requires a Secondary graduation certificate or equivalent experience in the concerned field to apply for the job.
Experience: Around 2 years to less than 3 years. Experience in restaurant and foodservice.

Physical Requirements: 

  • The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate will work under pressure.
  • The candidate will be required to pay attention to detail.
  • The candidate will be required to stand for extended periods.
  • The work will require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking hence the candidate should be comfortable with it.

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be dependable and reliable.
  • The candidate should have the ability to supervise around 3 to 4 people.
  • The candidate should be flexible.
  • The candidate should have skills in MS Excel, Point of Sale System, MS Office, MS Outlook.

  • The candidate will address customers’ complaints or concerns.
  • Will oversee the operation of the company.
  • The candidate will organize and coordinate production.
  • Will be negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities.

  • The candidate will maintain an internal record-keeping system.
  • Will provide customer service.
  • Will ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • The candidate will negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Will set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
  • Will determine the type of services to be offered.

  • Will plan and organize daily operations.

  • The candidate will evaluate the operations of the day.
  • Will manage difficult situations with customers.
