Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college/CEGEP or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Point of Sale System
Credentials:Â First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Safe Food Handling Certificate, Food Safety Certificate
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure, adept at managing tight deadlines
- The candidates should be experienced in handling repetitive tasks, capable of handling heavy loads, and physically fit for demanding tasks
- The candidates should be attentive to detail and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, able to stand for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate and focused on client needs, possessing efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication abilities
- The candidates should be dependable in various situations, demonstrate flexibility in their approach, and be organized in their work
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting commitments, a team player, and have the ability to multitask

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, and implement operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, conduct performance reviews, and organize and maintain inventory
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, participate in marketing plans and implementation, set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and provide customer service, recruit, train, and supervise staff, and lead and instruct individuals
