Salary: $27.00 hourly for 40 hours per 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Full time, Permanent employment
Location: 1770 Albion Rd Etobicoke, ON M9V 1C2
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime
Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: The Candidates should have 1 to less than 2 years’ experience
Security and safety: The candidates should have clear criminal records

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
• The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines with attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should be accurate, client focus, dependable, organized, initiative, reliable, have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and be able to work as a team player

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, authorize payments by cheque
• The candidates should be able to order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, sell merchandise
• The candidates should be able to establish work schedules, repare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
• The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
