Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines and with attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be accurate, organized, flexible, and reliable
  • The candidates should be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • The candidates should be able to order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, establish work schedules
  • The candidates should be able to prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, organize and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  • The candidates should be able to supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
