Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on brand communications and scale marketing

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess strong storytelling skills, as brief writing and internal selling are critical components of the role
  • The candidates should have advanced problem-solving skills to identify challenges and support the big ideas for shopper activations
  • The candidates should operate within specific rules, methods, and strategies for omni-execution set up by the Lead and consider creative agency experience

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to own the brief for Omni-Channel national multi-branded programs Summer BBQ, Festive, Back to School with the support of various marketing activation functions, including Platform, Brand Communications, Omni Shopper Marketing, and Digital Experiences
  • The candidates should be able to deliver timely feedback and demonstrate a relentless commitment to consolidating, monitoring, and managing the program workflow schedule
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate daily with different stakeholders, including agencies, and ensure compliance with their roles in the process
  • The candidates should be able to manage approved collaboration tools and lead the implementation and cross-functional program measurement
  • The candidates should be able to communicate effectively with sales teams regarding all multi-branded KHC-owned programs
  • The candidates should be able to co-lead Omni integration efforts with specific Platform and Brand Communications teams
