Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as a high school, bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need any experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and to perform repetitive tasks and movements
- The candidate should have the ability to stand and/or walk for up to an eight (8) hour shift
- The candidate should be able to work in an environment reliant on visual and auditory safety cues
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work with a commitment to quality results and a sense of urgency for executing job responsibilities
- The candidate should have the ability to hold his/her accountable to reach your full potential

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to be part of the team responsible for ensuring seamless distribution activities to provide the highest possible service to all of Aritzia’s customers.
- The candidate has to support accurate receiving, storage, and shipping of our product to our stores and customers. And, with the skills you gain in this role
- The candidate should be able to facilitate the inbound operations (think stock receiving, sorting, stacking, transporting)
- The candidate should be able to facilitate the outbound operations (think picking, packing, stock shipping to retail stores and eCommerce customers)
- The candidate should be able to foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency through utilization of our distribution space (think ticketing, counting, recording, troubleshooting)
- The candidate should be able to follow and maintain health and safety measures, including WCBC regulations and COVID-19 safety practices
