Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a minimum four (4) year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration
Experience: Candidates should demonstrate at least nine (9) years of project management experience with a strong record of delivering quality project outcomes within the defined scope, time, and cost parameters

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have experience leading business transformation projects as a requirement
  • The candidate should have demonstrated experience leading teams and managing deliverables in a matrix environment
  • The candidate should have experience delivering automation solutions along with business process improvement initiatives
  • The candidate should have proficiency in working with and presenting to upper management and senior executives
  • The candidate should have experience with large enterprise projects and budgets of up to 5 million
  • The candidate should have an Agile or Scrum Master designation, which is an asset
  • The candidate should have experience with Salesforce and Jira, which is required
  • The candidate should have excellent knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle processes
  • The candidate should have experience with Microsoft Project Online, which is required
  • The candidate should have a necessity for business transformation experience
  • The candidate should have essential project/program management demonstrated capability
  • The candidate should have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate effectively at varying levels of the College hierarchy
  • The candidate should have an excellent understanding of application development and systems development life cycle methodologies
  • The candidate should have strong process engineering/design skills
  • The candidate should have strong facilitation, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • The candidate should have a results-driven and self-motivated attitude with critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • The candidate should have a customer-focused approach with strong analytical skills and excellent leadership, motivational, and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage large, multi-faceted, complex projects or multiple projects concurrently and be capable of managing expectations and stakeholder interests that span several areas of the College
  • The candidates should be able to handle strategic and transformational projects, ensuring that best practices are undertaken and that the benefits are fully realized throughout the institution
  • The candidates should be able to define project requirements and be accountable for all project work during each process of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and close-out
  • The candidates should be able to take responsibility for key milestones related to roll out, change management, and communications plan, as well as the training required within the College
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the definition and implementation of support models, if required
  • The candidates should be able to deliver the identified project objectives on time and within budget, being accountable for the successful completion of projects
  • The candidates should be able to identify, resource, and retain project resource requirements, as well as manage the overall project work effectively
  • The candidates should be able to identify stakeholders and adeptly manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • The candidates should be able to provide professional project management leadership and contribute to the professional development of project resources, offering coaching and guidance
  • The candidates should be able to contribute significantly to the development of standard business processes, including business case templates with measurable KPIs, and enhance project management standards, processes, and tools to strengthen the foundation of the Project Management Office (PMO)
  • The candidates should be able to contribute to the development of organizational service delivery and change management models, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the organization
