  • The candidate is required to adapt to change, dealing with a variety of different client situations, as well as potentially receiving calls from angry or upset clients.
  • The candidate should have strong communication talents and have excellent customer service skills, remains calm when dealing with callers
  • The candidate should have thinking skills and have information-gathering and computer-keyboarding skills
  • The candidate should have passion for helping others and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • The candidate should have secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives and an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience. There is different criteria for candidates with foreign education
  • The candidate should have experience in delivering programs or services including obtaining or providing information
  • The candidate should have skills such as demonstrating Integrity and Respect and showing Initiative and Being Action-Oriented
  • The candidate should have skills to Thinking Things Through and Working Effectively with Others
  • The candidate should be able to pay attention to Detail and have communication skills
  • The candidate should be able to provide required security clearance
  • The candidate should be willing and able to travel for training purposes and be willing and able to work variable hours, including working weekends and/or shift work and/or overtime, and/or part-time or full time hours based on operational requirements
  • The candidate should have experience in delivering programs or services including obtaining or providing information

Responsibilities:
