Minty Nails, Brow & Lash Ltd provides multiple services regarding nails, brows, and lashes like manicure, pedicure, hand polish, nail polish, gel polish, repairing, removing gel colour, an many more. Our Mission is to ensure our beautiful clients have the best MINTY experience possible. We want to deliver the best outcome for our clients. Salary: $29.00 hourly 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time
Location: 3680 Townline Rd suite 103, Abbotsford, BC V2T 0G6
Shifts: Flexible Hours
Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be client focus, dependable, organized, initiative, flexible, reliable, judgmental, and be able to work as a team player
- The candidate should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
- The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and inventory
- The candidates should be able to manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
- The candidates should be able to hire, train and supervise staff, address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
