Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have progressive experience in Sales including Account Management experience where fact based selling and category reviews are leveraged

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience using sales reporting systems and AC Nielsen systems
  • The candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of financials, including trade spending and profit and loss statements
  • The candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with customers
  • The candidates should hold a valid Driver’s License and have a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to leverage strong analytical, technical, and syndicated data expertise to successfully execute the category management process, securing customer cooperation to mutually beneficial category response plans
  • The candidates should be able to clearly understand customer needs and strive to deliver revenue, share, and contribution growth through the use of knowledge-based solutions
  • The candidates should be able to proactively identify and implement business-building initiatives that contribute toward the achievement of superior business results for Kraft Heinz/customer
  • The candidates should be able to identify and implement new and unique ideas and opportunities that influence the consumer to buy
  • The candidates should be able to successfully manage trade spending and forecasting within category responsibilities
  • The candidates should be able to play a leadership role within Sales Customer Business Teams through the management of special projects, mentoring, and coaching of junior team members
