Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 5+ years of human resources generalist experience, or a blend of HR and Operations
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess a Master’s Degree or MBA in HR Management
- The candidates should have experience supporting hourly employee client groups
- The candidates should have experience in a call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environment
- The candidates should demonstrate experience managing and leading employees effectively
- The candidates should have proficiency with an HRIS System
- The candidates should have Human Resources experience with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to partner with business leaders to influence and execute HR initiatives such as talent management, employee relations, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement
- The candidates should be able to prioritize the timely completion of work that directly influences accurate HR metrics and understand the downstream impacts of these metrics and able to lead a team of HR professionals and own projects or programs that impact the business or the broader HR team
- The candidates should be able to examine situations thoroughly, mitigate personal biases, and make high-judgment decisions that align with the intent of policies and minimize risk and able to ensure fair and consistent application of all company policies and compliance with laws and regulations, taking partners or escalating when next steps are unclear
- The candidates should be able to prioritize the employee experience and promptly follow up on critical matters such as safety, pay, and scheduling, proposing solutions and ensuring consistent communication of next steps to employees
- The candidates should be able to participate in talent development and talent management processes with business leadership, respectfully challenging talent outcomes and coaching leaders to effectively conduct career growth and performance management discussions
- The candidates should be able to use data and metrics to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and implement action plans focused on employee experience and organizational health
- The candidates should be able to set culture and talent goals with business leaders, regularly review culture and talent management data, create action plans to address opportunities, and champion change focused on creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment for all employees
