Blue Mountain Resort based in Blue Mountain, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Starbucks Barista – Full and Part Time-Summer Jobs 2023. Blue Mountain Resort is known as Ontario’s largest mountain resort. Our resort is Nestled on the shores of Southern Georgian Bay and only 90 minutes outside Toronto. We are known for Winter at the Resort boasts 43 ski and snowboard trails across 365 skiable acres, enhanced by a world-class snowmaking system. In Summer months as well, we offer a variety of activities from golfing and high ropes, to zip-lining and coaster riding. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as partial completion of high school or equivalent
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having a previous customer service experience is an asset
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to ensure that service and store standards are met
- The candidate should be able to provide a friendly, upbeat and clean atmosphere.
- The candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to provide customers with prompt service and quality beverages and products.
- The candidate should be able to prepare quality custom made beverages, whole bean and food products in a consistent manner for all customers; adheres to Starbucks recipe and presentation standards and also promote and educate customers about Starbucks products.
- The candidate should be able to operate cash register and also provide excellent customer service
- The candidate should be able to check and replenished condiment counter and also retrieve stock from the stock room
- The candidate should be able to maintain a clean and organized store and also follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
