Work setting: Urban area and supermarket/grocery store
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines and also pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work with being focused on the client, in a flexible environment and also in an organized way
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills, an excellent oral and written communication and also knowledge of time management
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations and also resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidate should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, develop and implement marketing strategies and also plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- The candidate should be able to manage staff and assign duties and also recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
