Work setting: Shoe store, Retail business, Clothing store
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system, Electronic scheduler, Word processing software, Database software, Inventory control software, Computerized bookkeeping system, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be adaptable, analytical, collaborative, creative

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage staff and assign duties , study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales
- The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- The candidates should be able to determine staffing requirements, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
