Supervision: 5 to 10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system, Word processing software, Inventory control software, Computerized bookkeeping system, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet and MS Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be adept at meeting tight deadlines and should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring efficient and accurate task completion

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage staff, assign duties, and oversee payroll administration, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, contributing to effective business strategies
  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to business management
  • The candidates should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, and conduct performance reviews, ensuring proactive solutions and employee development
