Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates need experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to manage staff and assign duties, determine staffing requirements and also recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
- The candidate should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold and also locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
- The candidate should be able to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages and also plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- The candidate should be able to study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales, develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses and also implement price and credits policies
