Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Master’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have no more than 3 years of prior full-time experience excluding intern or coop work terms

Physical Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to grow our brands by completing robust business analyses and participating in account presentations
  • The candidates should be able to learn and apply conceptual selling techniques and develop data-driven analyses and presentations and handle selling and account management responsibilities, in addition to leading unique projects that directly impact the business
  • The candidates should be able to play an important role on one of our Customer Teams, working directly with the customer with coaching from their manager and develop marketing plans that will help grow the business
  • The candidates should be able to use historical data to discover trends in their brand and present recommendations based on their findings and contribute to the creation of new initiatives, including new brands, packaging, products, and ideas
  • The candidates should be able to develop local consumer insights and expertise, and understand competitive and market dynamics and develop key strategic recommendations to grow and develop our brands while maximizing revenue
  • The candidates should be able to lead financial analysis on plans or projects to determine the payout of projects and set direction for future plans and identify key opportunities to exceed targets and how to avoid future business risks
  • The candidates should be able to develop an understanding of key external market trends, including benchmarking and retailer and sales channel analysis and find opportunities to maximize revenue and grow share profitably
  • The candidates should be able to innovate financial processes and tools to drive capacity in the organization and lead one or more projects linked to HR Analytics and HR Processes
  • The candidates should be able to define and apply their skills in a professional setting, having a direct impact on business results and be a strategic partner and develop people to perform at their best
  • The candidates should be able to deliver the expected output of these projects by the end of their internship period a report, an analysis, a presentation, a toolkit, an event and systematically attain the required resources to complete them
