Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of meeting tight deadlines
- The candidates should be adept at walking as part of their duties and demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of standing for extended periods, emphasizing the need for physical endurance

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff in preparing and portioning food
- The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to estimate and order ingredients, ensure food service and quality control, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, as well as food order summaries for the chef
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities, such as checking the delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules
