Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials:Â Security Guard License
Security and safety:Â Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate excellent oral communication and demonstrate excellent written communication
- The candidates should be reliable
- The candidates should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to schedule events, programs, and activities while coordinating work with other units or departments
- The candidates should be able to assist clients or guests with special needs and act as the point of contact in handling emergency situations
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit progress reports, resolve work problems, and provide technical advice to enhance productivity and quality
- The candidates should be able to supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery while overseeing office and volunteer staff
- The candidates should be able to train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies while supervising, coordinating, and scheduling activities of workers
