Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completed college or CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Point of sale system, Spreadsheet
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work and have a strong client focus
- The candidates should be known for their dependability and possess efficient interpersonal skills, excel in oral and written communication
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility in their work, be highly organized, known for their reliability, and be strong team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determine the type of services to be offered, implement operational procedures, and balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory, monitor revenues, modify procedures and prices, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidates should be able to negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, develop, implement, and analyze budgets, participate in marketing plans and implementation, set staff work schedules
- The candidates should be able to monitor staff performance, address customer complaints or concerns, provide customer service, recruit, train, and supervise staff, and lead/instruct individuals
