Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

Experience: Candidates should have 4 years of experience in the security or resilience space

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work on tasks that are not clearly defined but can help to drive clarity within those initiatives
  • The candidates should have the ability to independently define projects, set up processes, and execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have 2 years of experience in program or project management
  • The candidates should have experience with increasing levels of responsibility and independence
  • The candidates should have the ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously while providing clear communication to the team regarding project status, risks/issues, mitigation plans, and escalations
  • The candidates should be able to identify process improvements for scale and efficiency and set up lightweight processes to fill gaps
  • The candidates should be able to track progress, unblock dependencies, identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks, and put solutions into motion
  • The candidates should be able to drive deliverables with the highest quality to achieve business goals
  • The candidates should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams in execution, OKR planning, and drive accountability to OKR execution
