HJ Machine & Pattern 2016 Ltd provide computer numerical control (CNC) machining services. CNC machines use computer programs to control the movement and operation of cutting tools, allowing for precise and automated machining of various materials, such as metal, plastic, or wood. We can produce complex shapes and parts with high accuracy. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Equipment and machinery experience: Automatic lathes, Computer numerical control (CNC) machines, Conventional, Drill presses, Electrical discharge machine (EDM), Jig grinder, Milling machines, Surface grinder, Tool grinder, Universal grinders
Measuring tools: Micrometers, Callipers, Caliber, Gauges, Verniers
Own tools/equipment: Safety glasses/goggles, Steel-toed safety boots, Tools
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
- The candidates should be willing to for overtime
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be accurate, dependable, initiative, and flexible
- The candidates should be able to work as a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts and tables, set up and adjust production machineries/tools, fit and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance
- The candidates should be able to maintain, repair and calibrate precision measuring instruments, document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances, maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports
- The candidates should be able to verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers)
- The candidates should be able to compute dimensions and tolerances and measure and lay out work pieces
- The candidates should be able to set up, operate and maintain a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools
- The candidates should be able to verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
