Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience in customer service
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be available to work shifts of 3–4 hours, be available for shifts from Monday to Saturday
- The candidates should be able to commit to a 24-week period, be available to work evenings
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have knowledge of hockey, basketball, volleyball, and pickleball rules and leagues
- The candidates should have previous timekeeping experience, possess strong data entry and processing skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to monitor games and accurately record all statistical information, including goals, assists, points, penalties, game misconducts, and final scores
- The candidates should be able to operate and control the score clock during games, ensure referees and players sign the game sheet after each game
- The candidates should be able to organize and return all game sheet information to the League Convener in a timely manner
