Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Galileo, Amadeus, MS Office, Sabre
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, demonstrate flexibility in their work, and be known for their reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to manage difficult situations with customers
- The candidates should be able to perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to sell travel products and travel insurance
- The candidates should be able to provide customers with travel information and other details, such as regulations, duty-free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions, and special events
- The candidates should be able to calculate costs, process refunds, and attend to other financial transactions
- The candidates should be able to attend to cancellations and schedule changes
- The candidates should be able to develop contact lists
- The candidates should be able to make transportation and accommodation reservations using a computerized reservation and ticketing system
- The candidates should be able to provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation options, travel costs, and recommend suitable products
