Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge: Galileo, Amadeus, MS Office, Sabre

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a strong client focus, demonstrate flexibility in their work, and be known for their reliability

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to manage difficult situations with customers
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties
  • The candidates should be able to sell travel products and travel insurance
  • The candidates should be able to provide customers with travel information and other details, such as regulations, duty-free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions, and special events
  • The candidates should be able to calculate costs, process refunds, and attend to other financial transactions
  • The candidates should be able to attend to cancellations and schedule changes
  • The candidates should be able to develop contact lists
  • The candidates should be able to make transportation and accommodation reservations using a computerized reservation and ticketing system
  • The candidates should be able to provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation options, travel costs, and recommend suitable products
