Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have 5+ years of experience in retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results
  • The candidates should have 3+ years of experience with Excel. Additionally, they should have experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development
  • The candidates should have experience managing large datasets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to utilize customer obsession and analytics to drive business performance and be able to engage with multiple internal teams to optimize product line performance for key manufacturers (vendors) on Amazon
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional partners, such as site merchandising, buying, pricing, inventory management, operations, online marketing, and finance
  • The candidates should be able to execute analytical deep dives to inform category growth strategies and initiatives and able to gain vendor management experience and exposure to driving category growth
  • The candidates should be able to develop strong functional skills in online merchandising/marketing, buying, planning/forecasting, pricing, and business analytics
  • The candidates should be able to effectively manage P&L (Profit and Loss) statements to assess financial performance
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and agreements and should be able to plan and execute successful launches of new products into the market
  • The candidates should be able to take ownership of key business functions at the team level, including pricing, product selection, and profitability analysis
  • The candidates should be able to develop growth strategies at both the vendor and category levels to drive business expansion and revenue generation
