Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 44 hours per week

Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: In shop, manufacture, repair and service establishment, and warehouse

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Carpentry/woodworking machinery
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail in their work and possess hand-eye coordination for precise tasks
• They should be proficient in bending, crouching, and kneeling as necessary, and be comfortable with repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and be willing to work overtime as required
• They should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and capable of standing for extended periods as necessary
• The candidates should be able to handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work effectively under pressure

• The candidates should demonstrate dependability in their performance and be reliable in fulfilling their duties
• They should possess efficient interpersonal skills and demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities
• The candidates should display flexibility in their approach to tasks and schedules, and be organized in managing tasks and responsibilities
• They should also be team players, fostering collaboration and cooperation among colleagues

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean and maintain the office, supply area, or warehouse, and set up displays of retail parts and accessories
• The candidates should be able to issue and distribute parts and supplies for internal use, and maintain records on the inventory control system
• The candidates should be able to prepare and track work orders, receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials
• The candidates should be able to ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment, and store items in the warehouse, tool room, or supply area
