Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of High School
Experience: Candidates should have 3+ years experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience in Facilities or Warehouse management and a good understanding of intra-department functions and operations and possess leadership skills
- The candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to resolve issues and basic computer skill
- The candidates should have project management skills and possess strong organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain financial responsibility; monitor and compare order fulfillment; report all discrepancies to the Regional Warehouse Manager
- The candidates should be able to accurately manage shipments, orders, and inventory using our systems
- The candidates should be able to inspect all goods being shipped and received and report defective or damaged items
- The candidates should be able to maintain an organized warehouse that is neat and clean and conduct cycle counts
- The candidates should be able to operate company trucks, forklifts, and other machinery utilized in the warehouse
- The candidates should be able to manage unassigned trucks, trailers, generators, and other equipment stored at the warehouse
- The candidates should be able to ensure processes are followed and utilize tools within the warehouse to optimize profitability and improve service
- The candidates should be able to hold the team accountable for executing all processes to ensure quality service is provided to the field team to meet SLA’s
- The candidates should be able to implement all safety protocols with the team to ensure safe working practices along with securing company
- The candidates should be able to develop key leadership and succession plan development
