Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word and MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate attention to detail and sit for extended periods if required

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills and exhibit excellent oral communication
  • The candidates should be able to display flexibility in their work approach and maintain an organized work style
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate reliability in their work and collaborate effectively as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices
  • The candidates should be able to receive and issue payments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and arrange teleconferences
  • The candidates should be able to calculate billing charges
