Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excel in a fast-paced work environment, and be capable of working effectively under pressure
- The candidates should possess good hand-eye coordination, be prepared for repetitive tasks, and be comfortable with walking as part of their work duties
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client satisfaction and demonstrate a strong client focus, possess efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues, and exhibit flexibility in their approach to tasks and situations

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and provide information to customers
- The candidates should be able to arrange for billing for services, arrange for refunds and credits, and explain the type and cost of services offered
- The candidates should be able to issue receipts and other forms, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and perform general office duties
- The candidates should be able to receive and log complaints, receive payments, and explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients
- The candidates should be able to maintain and manage a digital database
