Requirements:

Experience: Candidates should have 4 years of experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have 4 years of experience conducting mixed methods research, designing and analyzing surveys and data in an industry or academic environment
- The candidates should have experience in designing and shipping product experiences for web and mobile interfaces
- The candidates should have experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist in the planning and execution of various research studies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and field research
- The candidates should be able to synthesize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify key findings and insights
- The candidates should be able to work with designers, product managers, and developers to translate research findings into recommendations
- The candidates should be able to communicate research findings through presentations, reports, and workshops
- The candidates should be able to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization to advocate for the user’s voice
