Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, or Technology
Experience: Candidates should have 5 years of  maintenance trade work experience

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience in preventative maintenance planning in a manufacturing environment and strong MS Office computer skills
  • The candidates should have strong organizational, planning, scheduling, and time management skills
  • The candidates should have knowledge of RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and SAP knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide technical planning and scheduling for short and long-term objectives to ensure optimal maintenance effectiveness, recommending logical work sequences and resource allocations in collaboration with others
  • The candidates should be able to report on scheduled maintenance versus completed maintenance jobs, identifying and resolving potential problems while recommending opportunities for process improvement to drive increased reliability
  • The candidates should be able to demonstrate full commitment to the implementation of the Global Standard for Food Safety and facilitate continual improvement of food safety and quality management processes
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with all levels to ensure that preventive and predictive routines are scheduled at predetermined intervals and develop and maintain annual overhaul plans, conducting related communications with production and maintenance leadership to meet deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to analyze and improve the state of current PMs and corrective work orders by conducting weekly meetings with supervision, determining obstacles, and assisting with their removal to ensure future work is completed as scheduled. They should discuss backlog issues, recurring corrective work orders, and ensure minimal backlog, reporting seriously overdue maintenance
  • The candidates should be able to follow up on corrective actions resulting from items that cannot be fixed during scheduled PMs and distribute weekly scheduled PMs to maintenance supervision for daily activity scheduling
  • The candidates should be able to analyze reports and troubleshoot areas of downtime concerns through management of meetings, job site visits, and follow-ups, aiming to minimize machine downtime and maximize equipment uptime. They should detect trends and provide status reports, diagrams, and projections to drive improvements
  • The candidates should be able to resolve maintenance-related issues in a timely manner, considering food safety, health and safety, budget, and environmental factors, and using Six Sigma and RCM methodologies and work with MRO to ensure parts are available for planned maintenance and collaborate with contractors, vendors, manufacturers, internal trades, and Project Engineers to plan, schedule, and execute tasks to meet Reliability KPI targets
  • The candidates should be able to develop SOPs, workflows, and Key Performance Indicators and monitor and maintain all aspects of the CMMS system, acting as a CMMS Subject Matter Expert (SME), maintaining related tables, training employees on system usage, and preparing reports and results from SAP as needed to support business requests
  • The candidates should be able to maintain an up-to-date awareness of business systems, work practices, and schedules through attending courses, lectures, reading technical literature, and reviewing reports and create a positive work environment to maximize the business impact of reliability engineering and mechanical integrity programs
