Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of minimum 3-year diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the Finance or Accounting area

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have advanced MS Excel skills and experience supporting budget software
  • The candidates should have experience working with enterprise resource planning systems
  • The candidates should have experience with financial year-end, annual budget process, and quarterly variance analysis

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to develop monthly strategic investment priorities project reporting and provide analytical assistance in various activities of the College
  • The candidates should be able to act as a financial budget consultant to all areas of the College and prepare quarterly financial projection reports and variance analysis to meet management’s information
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the annual budget process, including the coordination of the Schedule of Internal or External Rates
  • The candidates should be able to support the College’s budget software by maintaining the governance structure of the system and acting as the first point of contact for support queries and triage support queries and address them accordingly
