Salary: $45,000 to $70,000 annually (To be negotiated) for 37.5 hours per week

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Word, MS Office, Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and Accounting software
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, be able to pay attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be focused on clients, should have efficient interpersonal skills, should have excellent oral communication
- The candidate should have excellent written communication, should be organized, should work as a team player
- The candidate should have time management skills, should be flexible, should be able to multitask
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to purchase general and specialized equipment, materials or business services, be able to assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased, be able to develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased
- The candidates should be able to consult with suppliers, be able to review quotations, be able to determine contract terms and conditions
- The candidates should be able to award contracts to appropriate parties, be able to establish delivery schedules, be able to monitor progress of delivery schedules
- The candidates should be able to contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems, be able to provide customer service, be able to perform administrative and office activities
