Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and stand for extended periods
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, recruit and hire staff, supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews
- The candidates should be able to negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, conduct training sessions, and perform front desk duties
- The candidates should be able to prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, prepare marketing plans, and arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
- The candidates should be able to enforce policies and procedures, address customers’ complaints or concerns, and develop and implement business plans
- The candidates should be able to manage events
