- The candidates should be able to ensure cashier and merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures
- The candidates should be able to train cashiers and merchandisers in their job functions, provide ongoing guidance and instruction to staff
- The candidates should be able to implement all loss prevention standards and manage daily cash office inventory, cashier tracking, tracking sheets, and PC Optimum procedures
- The candidates should be able to ensure store employees present a professional image to the public in accordance with the Uniform Policy
- The candidates should be able to answer customer inquiries regarding product locations, rainchecks, and other concerns
- The candidates should be able to resolve customer issues according to established guidelines, including processing refunds and exchanges
- The candidates should be able to promote the CSI Survey to enhance customer satisfaction and feedback collection
