Work setting: Rural area and staff accommodation available

Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Fruit trees
Equipment and machinery experience: Sprayer or duster, tractor, farm truck, loader, weed trimmer/edger, and tractor mower
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and be capable of working at heights if required
- The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments, in hot conditions, and in wet or damp environments
- The candidates should have experience with tree and orchard fruit farming
- The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle tasks efficiently, be capable of working effectively under pressure, and be physically capable of handling demanding tasks
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy, demonstrate keen attention to detail in their work, and handle heavy loads safely and effectively
- The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking during work, have the ability to distinguish between colors accurately, and be able to stand for extended periods comfortably
- The candidates should also be comfortable with activities such as bending, crouching, and kneeling

- The candidates should be team players, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals, and demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing situations and requirements
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform clipping tasks, grade crops, plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, perform tying activities, conduct weeding tasks, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
