Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience (B2B)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to visit customers to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- The candidates should be able to attend regular meetings with the Manager to review sales performance of assigned accounts, participate in monthly sales meetings, and stay current with industry and market trends
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have experience selling to the C-Suite
- The candidates should possess outstanding presentation skills, communication abilities, and rapport-building capabilities
- The candidates should demonstrate strong experience surrounding contracts and negotiation
- The candidates should be highly self-motivated with attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to ensure consistent hunting/prospecting to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies in order to exceed individual sales quota
- The candidates should be able to manage accounts with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth
- The candidates should be able to develop, prepare, and execute formal presentations that are tailored to meet potential/existing customers’ needs
- The candidates should be able to research and analyze their territory’s sales potential, and determine the value of existing and prospective customers to the organization
