Salary: $29.00 to $33.00 hourly (To be negotiated) 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 2806 Kingsway Vancouver, BC V5R 5T5
Shifts: Day
Transportation information: Own transportation, travel expenses not paid by employer, and public transportation is available
Work setting: Private sector, urban area, and relocation costs not covered by employer
Supervision: No supervision responsibility


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and be capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, possess attention to detail, and be able to manage a large workload

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

  • The candidates should be able to review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures and establish work priorities, ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, administer policies and procedures related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation, and coordinate and plan for office services
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, perform data entry, oversee office administrative procedures, and resolve conflict situations
